Can I change or update my order?
You can review your order before purchased, and make changes to the color, size, or quantity of any item. We are unable to modify or make edits once it’s been placed.
When will my order ship?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 1 – 3 business days of the order being placed.
When will my order be delivered?
Standard shipping typically arrives within 2 – 5 business days. If you select expedited shipping, delivery usually occurs within 1 – 3 business days. For details, please refer to our Shipping Policy page.
How do l track my order?
Log in to your account to view your order and track your package.
Or use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
What should I do if I haven't received all the items in my order?
Since we maintain multiple fulfillment centers, items in your order may be shipped in separate packages. You can check if your order has multiple tracking numbers or contact our customer service directly to inquire about the complete shipment status.

Return & Exchange
What is your Return Policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please make sure the return product(s) under good condition and with original condition,unworn with tags attached products.

When can l expect my refund?
We will process your return and refund when your items back to Amazon’s fulfillment center. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

If I can't find an item on your website, does that mean that it's sold out?
Our inventory is always updating. If you are not able to find or select your color and size in a specific item, then yes, that item is sold-out. Reach out to Customer Service for other product suggestions.
